Pride Volunteer
Join us at the heart of the celebration - spreading joy, positivity, and support for those in our community who need it. Pride stalls happen across the UK - check out our map, which is updating as more Prides are confirmed! - and involve talking to attendees, sharing resources, and a small activity in which we support attendees to share their own messages of hope. Whether you’re helping with setup, handing out materials, or engaging with the crowd, your energy will make a real difference.

Regional Ambassador
Across the UK, our Regional Ambassadors are key to connecting with local LGBTQ+ communities, spreading our message, and empowering youth. By volunteering, you'll help ensure more people access our resources, share their stories, and support fundraising efforts.
As a Regional Ambassador, you’ll lead in your area, grow our network, and amplify the voices of LGBTQ+ youth. From running stalls at Pride and speaking at events to partnering with local groups, your actions will make a lasting impact.
Regional Ambassadors have the freedom to create activities that connect with their communities, like:

Content Contributors
Are you passionate about storytelling and media? Help us share the powerful stories of LGBTQ+ youth by creating and managing content across our platforms. As a content contributor, you’ll play a vital role in amplifying voices, raising awareness, and inspiring hope.
Whether you’re crafting social media posts, writing blog articles, producing videos, or supporting campaigns, your creativity will help bring the It Gets Better UK message to life and empower LGBTQ+ youth.
Tasks may include:

Curating social media content for our channels

Writing blog posts, articles, and personal stories

Assisting with video production and editing

Contributing to email campaigns and newsletters

Helping develop content strategies to keep our platforms fresh and engaging
